Ordering from Photosolve
we appreciate your business

Ordering from Photosolve is fast and easy - we've improved our on-line ordering process to make it even easier. You can order directly through our ON-LINE store, using a secure server, or you can FAX, or PHONE in your order.

Just visit any page in our Products area. Learn about the products and decide what you'd like to purchase. Convenient buttons on those pages will allow you to view prices and add items to your shopping cart. When you're done, click "Check Out" and you're on your way. You can also enter the shopping area directly by clicking on the Shopping Tab.

Ordering. Orders received Monday through Friday (non-US HOLIDAYS) before 10:00 A.M. CENTRAL TIME, will generally ship the same day, assuming that the product is in stock. Orders received Monday through Thursday AFTER 10:00 AM will ship next business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Photosolve is proud to have been a PayPal VERIFIED PREMIER BUSINESS MEMBER for over three years. Paypal is a simple, easy to use method of securely paying for items over the Internet. To use Paypal in the check-out process, simply click on the payment method and select "Paypal". When you submit the order, you'll be taken to the Paypal site where you can either log in to your account, and authorize the money to be paid, or sign up for Paypal and then authorize the payment. You'll be able to use your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card, or you can even use an e-check (additional time required to clear your account) from your checking account. The payment is almost immediate and we can start processing your order right away. If you choose this method, your credit card or paypal account will be charged right away.

Money Order
Simply click on either Check or Money Order as a payment method, and then when the final screen is presented (the final invoice), print a copy of the Invoice, write a check or get a money order for the amount shown to photosolve and send it to the address shown on the invoice. It's that simple. When we receive your check or money order, we'll process your order right away. We won't be able to start processing your order until we physically receive the check or money order. Be sure to write your order number on your check (just in case the check gets separated from the order).

Credit Card
Photosolve CAN accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We can NOT accept credit cards labeled "for Internet use only." When you're ready to check out, simply click on the Payment method and select VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. The SECURE ordering system will collect your credit card information and the data will be entered into our secure database. Your credit card will NOT be charged until we process your order.

If you are REALLY concerned about your credit card information being on the Web, you can still order from photosolve using your credit card. Fill in all the information, but DON'T submit the order. Print the page out then FAX the printed order, along with your credit card information to 918.516.0261.Your order will be processed as soon as the credit card information is received and verified. Alternatively, you can split up the credit card information into two parts and e-mail them separately to sales@photosolve.com (the information will be treated with utmost care).

Once you've placed your order, you should see the following e-mails before your order is shipped:

  • An automatic order confirmation, will be sent to you, including an order number. This number is important if you need to contact us about your order. Under normal circumstances, you should receive this message nearly instantly after you've placed your order as it is generated automatically by the ordering system. If you do NOT receive this e-mail notification, it may be because you entered your e-mail address incorrectly, or the system is not behaving itself. Send an e-mail to phil@photosolve.com so that we can straighten out the problem for you. If you're paying through paypal, be sure to let the system (PAYPAL) finish, as it will bring you back to an order confirmation page at photosolve.
  • A second message indicating that your order is in process, and providing an estimated shipment date, and any available tracking information (US Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation number, US Express Mail tracking number, International Express Mail Tracking number. Unfortunately, International Priority Mail and International Air Mail cannot be tracked at this time) and how to track your parcel. If you choose DHL/Airborne, you will receive a separate e-mail with your tracking number and instructions on how to track you package directly from Airborne.
  • Finally, a third e-mail message to tell you that your order has actually been released for shipment. This means that your order will be in the next pickup by the selected carrier.

Customs Duties and Local Destination Delivery charges:
Shipments outside of the US must be marked with customs value, and you will be responsibile for paying any assessed local customs duty charges. We have no control over this assessment.

We have been notified by various customers that some countries asses local re-delivery charges, generally after customs have been involved. You will be responsible for these charges as we have no control over these costs.

To help you decide on which shipping method to select, here are some typical shipping methods, and delivery times associated with each. Please understand that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary significantly. When packages take longer to deliver than what is stated here, it may be due to unforeseen circumstances. A lot of companies won't ship Internationally due to these challenges, but we will try to ship almost anywhere. We've shipped to over 74 different countries in the past seven years, and we can generally find a way to ship your package to you. Typical costs shown below reflect starting rates. The system will provide several different methods of shipping to your location, and will calculate your actual shipping BEFORE you actually submit your order which allows you to change the shipping method.

Note: The prices below reflect a $2.00 order handling charge.

Shipping and Handling:

Handling Costs: There is a $3.95 handling charge on each order. This covers the expense of packaging and drop-off driving costs. We don't like it, but the alternative is to increase the cost of products which is not a good alternative as we try to keep our product prices as low as possible.


For US and World Wide Shipments. Please note that US Postal Service delivery is your only option if shipping to a post office (PO) box.

    - Available for smaller items (up to 13 ounces). Typical delivery in 2-5 days. Outside of the US, delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks

    Special Note: If your order is greater than 13 ounces for US or over 64 ounces (4 pounds) for outside US, this option will NOT be available for you. There is NO tracking for this type of non-US shipment.


    • Priority Mail & Priority Mail International with Confirmation Number
    $4.60 and up
    - Continental US shipments typically take approximately 3 business days for delivery.
    (for Alaska, Hawaii, APO's and FPO's, please allow an additional 1-2 days)
    $11 and up
    - International Shipments (Priority Mail International), delivery times may vary greatly, typically depending upon the customs office in each country, however generally we've seen 10 day delivery for Europe, Australia, Canada, Japan. Worst case delivery times can exceed 2-3 weeks.

    Special Note: Shipments weighing over 4 pounds can not be sent by Priority Mail (outside of the US)


    • Express Mail & Express Mail International (Tracking Number provided)

    - WITHIN the US typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery
    $21.00 and up
    - OUTSIDE the US (International Express Mail), delivery times may vary, depending greatly upon customs, however 3-4 day delivery is typical. Worst case delivery may exceed 2 weeks. Additionally, tracking is not always consistent.


With ALL DHL shipments, tracking is provided and you can track your own shipments. If you do choose DHL, you will receive an additional email from DHL providing you a tracking number and method for tracking delivery progress.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want products shipped to a post office box, you cannot use DHL and must use US Postal Service delivery.

    - Because of Customs clearance, there is no guaranteed delivery time, however, the majority of shipments are arriving under one week. If you'd like to use DHL and would like us to determine the shipping charges ahead of time, please let us know.

After your order has shipped, we track your order as well, and will check to ensure that the parcel has arrived. If the package status doesn't indicate that it's been delivered within the "normal" time, we'll send you an e-mail to determine if it has been delivered, and follow-up with the delivery service to ensure you get it.
