One end of the Xtend-a-Lens FZ10/20 screws on to the lens barrel of your camera, and the other has standard, 62mm threads for the connection of other equipment. The FZ-10/20 unit is available in black Delrin (lighter weight unit) only . LIMITED AVAILABILITY AS INDICATED IN THE SHOPPING AREA. You can directly attach any add-on with 62mm threads. If the add-on you want to use has different-sized threads, you can use a 62mm stepping ring, available at photosolve. Also a special 62mm to 55mm thread adapter (flat, with no additional stepping thickness) has been developed for use with this adapter. You can then use accessories with 55mm mounting, or you can even go smaller with additional stepping rings or thread converters. A 62mm lens cap is also available. |
